Satisfaction guaranteed
It is necessary to consider the economic sense of any repair, so Circuit will not proceed with any repair until explicitly authorised by you.
All repairs will be completed where possible within 48 hours of receiving your authorisation, including an intensive soak test to ensure that the laptop is now working satisfactorily. Where this repair period cannot be met we will advise you at the time of issuing our repair estimate.
If the repair is deemed uneconomic we will return the laptop. Alternatively, we will make you an offer to purchase the damaged laptop. If this offer is accepted, we will forward a cheque to you for the agreed figure within two working days. If you proceed on this basis, we will, where possible, transfer any data you require to a DVD and forward this to you.
Once your laptop has been repaired we will arrange for it to be returned to you via the secure means in which we received it. Please ensure that someone is available for collection at the designated time and location you requested.
