Identifying the IT
If our inspection report indicates that the equipment is not capable of economic repair we will, as part of our inspection, thoroughly examine the specification of the hardware components. This will allow us to provide the necessary detail required so as to accurately validate the damaged equipment.
This information, together with details as to the manufacturer and model of the equipment will be forwarded to your validation unit.
Alternatively, we will complete the validation on your behalf based on current product and specification.
