Circuit have a wealth of experience in the repairing of IT equipment and this experience is firstly utilised in assessing the economic viability of a repair. We will discuss with our Principals their own criteria in this regard and ensure that this philosophy is applied consistently.
In effecting repairs we will only use guaranteed parts so as to ensure the long term viability of the repair. All repairs will carry a three month return to base warranty.
We undertake to complete all repairs within 48 hours of authorisation by our Principals. If this is not possible due to issues in the sourcing of parts we will notify our Principals at the time of issuing the repair estimate in order that a valued decision can be made with regard to the viability of the repair option.
As a company we have detailed knowledge of the availability of parts together with an extensive network of IT brokers which we can utilise to ensure the speedy supply of any parts required. We also carry an extensive stock of parts which are required to replicate the most common faults/types of damage. This facilitates our ability to effect repairs quickly.
We are also able to facilitate direct fulfilment of replacement product via our established relationships with UK based IT distributors. The replacement product is based on the validation report provided.
