Security of data/data erasure

As a company we are aware that the security of any of your Policyholders’ data stored on any equipment that may come into our possession is of the utmost importance. We are currently in the process of working towards the certification ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, and as part of which systems are in place to ensure the security of all data.
Should a repair not be affected to the equipment in question all data will be completely erased following confirmation by the policyholder that he/she has no requirement for any of the data. A data recovery service will be offered to the Policyholder should this be required.
The data will either be erased from the data carrying medium using dedicated market leading software provided by Blancco, or the medium will be completely destroyed. Certification of data erasure will be provided.
