We pride ourselves on our ability as a company to adapt to our clients needs and this is reflected in our approach to our service level requirements and reporting.
It is our driving force that we provide the best possible service to all our customers irrespective of agreed service levels. If something can be done better or quicker then we will do it.
We will discuss in detail our clients' requirements with regard to service and endeavour to meet any such requirements. Where this is not possible, or to impose such a service level would impact on the quality of service, we will be honest in our approach and immediately inform our client. After all, we have to manage your expectations.
All clients have different reporting requirements and consequently we do not impose a standard report. Instead we understand our clients’ requirements and design bespoke reporting procedures in order to satisfy their reporting function.
